A few things people often wonder before reaching out

“We don’t really have the budget for this.”
Totally understandable. Most teams I work with aren’t looking to add new spend — they’re looking to be more intentional with what they already do. We can always start there.

“We already do gifts internally.”
That’s a great sign. Many partners come to me not to replace what they’re doing, but to make it easier, more consistent, and less reactive.

“We only do appreciation a few times a year.”
Very common. Often, spreading the same budget out across the year actually feels more personal — and less overwhelming.

“We need to think about it.”
Of course. This works best when it feels supportive, not forced. A first conversation is just that — a conversation.
